We contracted with Culligan to install a water softener and RO unit due to very hard water in our location. They were able to do the install in just a couple of days later and the install itself went very quickly. Prior to the install they told us they may need to come out a second time as they did not have the RO spigot in a color matching our existing faucet. We opted to have the second trip to get the enjoyment of the RO water earlier. The second trip was only a couple of days later and the spigot looks good.
In the past we have had competitor products (saltless purifiers) and we compared several again. Main reasons for not going with saltless is that they don’t do as good of job on fixing hard water and either are quite a bit more expensive (national brand) or have very low satisfaction for warranty work. Culligan has good reputation for service/ quality.
All company individuals we have met so far have been friendly and provided good customer service.
